In the quest for size we are all or should striving to create the perfect anabolic enviroment. This is usually done through the manipulation our endocrine system. The most common hormones used that regulate anabolism and anti-catabolism are Test and its derivatives, insulin, GH, and T3. In order to maximize their use they must be used together as they perform synergistically. In other words their sum is greater than their whole. These hormones are released naturally by your body and therefore follow some sort of schedule probably based on your body's circadian rythem (biological clock). If one were to follow the body's natural protocol they can create the perfect anabolic enviroment for maximal muscluar growth. This would mean that Test levels should peak upon waking, insulin levels peak after meals, and GH should peak 2 hours into sleeping. I am not sure as to were thyroid levels should peak and this is my question. I am assuming mid afternoon...does anybody know for sure? I feel this is the last step to unlocking growth...just follow your body's natural pattern, just increase the hormones used. We also need to determen the ratios of each hormone used. If anyone else has constructive input on this subject it will be well recieved!!!

YES!!! I logged on with the intention of searching for this thread and here it is. I read this the other day and have been thinking about it since then.

I don't know much about thyroid, so can't really help there. But I have a question.
What's the best way to achieve test peak upon awakening? Shot of suspention, dbol or an androgen that you know will take eight or so hours to peak and take that at beed time?

Propionate before bed seems to make the most sense. As for the thyroid, I think I may have found the answer...in the morning on an empty stomach. I am still looking up research to sustantiate this.

BUMP!! I agree 100%. I am attempting to do so as we speak. I am using T3 spread out thru the day. 1 after waking, 1 at noon, and 1 at bed, I figure I have to get it in the peak then!

So would a year long theory of low dosages of all the goodies. GH and prop at bed time. Dball in the morning and t3 throghout the day. Along with simple sugars to spike insulin. The ideal would be low dosages with slow permant gains possible 1-2 pounds a month.?.
Wish the medical community would try out these ideals.

I have a theory on the T3.

T3 regulates Metabolism.
In the morning, body temperature is
at its lowest point, cortisol is high,
insulin is lo,GH levels are high.

At night, body temperature is at its highest
point, Insulin is higher than AM, GH levels
are lower than AM, cortisol is lower than
AM.

Not eating lowers T3 levels and increases the
production of rT3 through the conversion of
T4-T3. This is why people on fasts have low
body temperatures.

So, in the morning T3 levels will be lowest,
and highest at night.
Just a rough sketch........

So, based on this theory I am hypothesising that the ultimate stack would consist of Propionate shot in the evening as well as the GH, d-ball and T3 upon waking, and insulin after every major meal, especially post workout. Now all I'd like to do now is emulate your body's natural ratios and increase the doses proportionately. I know I'm on to something here...

Because the release of this ester reaches peak serum blood levels in about 6 hours. Based on a typical 6-8 hours of sleep, this would peak in tandem with naturally occuring high test levels upon waking. Remember that the goal here is to re-create the body's natural hormonal cascade.
