I've heard conflicting stories on this. Some people say that winny is good to take while on deca because it decreases some of the negative progestogenic affects of deca. Others have said that you shouldn't take them concurrently because deca is a progestin, and winny is a progestin receptor blocker. As a result, you'll obviously hinder gains. My opinoin is that deca affects the AR's and winny affects the progestin receptors, therefore, it doesn't interfere with the affeects. Any who know anything, time to speak up.     | ||

If you have used deca before and have had no progestogenic related sides then no need to use winny IF you are only using it for a blocker. IF you are using it to stack with the deca then go ahead, gain differences will be negligible, you are after all not only adding a blocker but also another steroid. Water and Tits, I dont need that extra weight. Come to think of it deca is one of the ones Im never using again. Remember some people are very prone to progestin related sides when on deca and winny is a mild blocker so it will not work for everyone. Eq is by far a better choice in my opinion because it can be controlled with anti estrogens if you are using it at higher doses.
