i have been using a gym for a few years but i need to get my own equipment. has anyone used the boflex and is it any good or should i cut the crap and get freeweights?

I THINK YOU SHOULD GO FOR THE FREE WEIGHTS! I GET GREAT RANGE OF MOTION WITH FREE WEIGHTS, AND I DON'T THINK BO-FLEX IS WORTH IT. JUST MY OPINION THOUGH

I bought one for my old lady. She uses it all the time to keep that "tight little look" that I enjoy. It works for her, and she don't juice. To be honest, I got hurt and used it to perform the rehab exercises the therapist told me to do. That's all it did me any good. Besides, if you look at the price of the thing and compare it to how much a set of free weights will cost, you may just be surprised! you have to look into wholesalers and warehouses too.

i know i shouldnt be influenced by the fit bird on the telly telling me that i can look like that in "just six weeks" lol
