If I were taking 50mg/ed of winstrol, plenty of bcaa's and ffaa's, eating between 300-400g of protein a day, would weight training on Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri... and cardio on Mon-Wed, Fri, and Sun be too much? I have about 4 weeks to competition and the only thing I have left to lose that is giving me hell is a little off the lower back and lower glutes. My weight training sessions are brief, 45 min tops, and I plan on doing 45-60 min of cardio at a time. Any replies would be appreciated.
