(I'm in the middle of a horribel cold, or
sinus infection right now, no fever, but still feel horrible, I"m in week 6 of my cycle, and felt bad today at the gym lifting, everything was heavy it seemed, just wondering if u guys suffer in the gym from just colds like u do from the flu?

I've had sinus trouble most of my life. If I can catch a cold or sinus trouble early enough, like within the first day or two, I go to the drugstore and get this nasal spray called Zicam. Use it every 2-4 hours and in about a day or so I am better. It won't work unless you catch it early however. Alieve cold and sinus is the best otc product I know of, trust me, if you must workout while sick, this will get you through it.

Rest as in sleep a lot, 3-4 liters of water, no booze or rec drugs, ipobrofen for fever and inflamation and-------Glutamine, It really helps me recover from the flu.

well the old adage goes if you feel bad just from the neck up -train, if it is a whole body thing(like the flu -chills, fever) dont train . but its really hard to train if your not feeling at least decent enough to go to the gym.

Bro, I feel for you man, I had severe problems after coming off the juice once, I kept training harder and harder, I lost about 14 lbs in 3 weeks, got a throat and chest infection and felt like shit, I couldnt train for four weeks.
So, I say to you, stay on the gear year round, and always keep your androgens high and your anabolics low.
