Hey bros, Now I know that I have asked this question before, but I just wanted to see some other feedback. I'm about to start a 10 week cycle of Sus 250. I will be breaking these up into two shots a week to get 500mgs a week. Maybe something like one every 4 days or so. What do you think? My stats are 5'10", 165 with around 15% bodyfat. My trouble area of course being my gut. So this is what I am wondering. I know that this cycle will most likely put a good deal of size on me, but what I am looking to do is try and lose some bodyfat along the way. Doing my normal workout and changing in up a little, but I was going to do a least a hour of cardio 3 to 4 times a week. So will this be possible for me? I know that some people say that you need to decide what you want to do, get mass or get cut. Well I will to lose some of my gain to be able to try and cut down on the bodyfat. So if I eat good, but dont over do the eating can I achive this by doing this must cardio? Also I have some nolva, I was wondering that since I think that I may be pretty gyno prone if I take Nolva every other day will this prevent it for sure? Also I dont really want to hold much water will this help keep the water off? Sorry I threw so much at you at once, but thanks for your help.

I would diet down first...get that bf% down to 12-13% then start your cycle...I think dieting with sust for your first cycle will leave you disapointed.. | ||

Without a serman here, you are chasing conflicting goals...chasing your tail in circles, you will never get anywhere this way. If you're going to bulk..BULK. If you want to cut, then cut. You can't do both at the same time. This is hands down to biggest mistake newbies make...and then wonder where all the promised muscle mass is at the end of the cycle. If you want to put mass on forget about being cut and forget about loosing fat. You must dedicate yourself to one or the other to achieve success. Don't waste your time with this cycle if you're not going to do it right. You need to decide what it is you really want...to cut...to bulk. If you want mass then you must dedicate yourself to that goal which requires you forget about loosing bodyfat and concentrate on gaining mass. This requires lots of food as muscle isn not manufactured from air. If you want to cut you have to restrict calories which means your body does not have the required materials to build new muscle mass. Think about what you want. |
