Starting a bulking cycle of Sustanon and it has been awhile since I have been on any juice or really tried to bulk at all. I am still about 200 lbs at 5'10 with about 13% bf. So I haven't lost too much of my muscle. I lost alot of strength though. My bench has fallen from about 350 to about 275 and my squat has fallen from about 500 to probably 400. So you can see that it has been about a year since I have been serious at all. Anyway, what my question was is there any new good training programs for bulking. I am really going for muscle gain more than strength gain. I usually use HIT Methods of training and it has always worked pretty well, but I was looking to see if there are any new programs out there that people are getting good gains off of. Sorry for the long post, but I thought that there should be a little background info. Any replys are very much welcome. Thanks. | ||
