Depends on what you are shooting. I use 25g for all my gear and it takes some pressure but not too much time at all. Just gotta have strong kung fu fingers  1 cc might take around 30 seconds. | ||

what he said...nothing worse than 3cc's of omna in your left cheek being pushed through a 25g....23g and quads for me (or tri's  ) | ||

Just did a 1/2 cc of Sustanon in my right shoulder with a 25g needle, took about 1 minute. Not to bad, but OMFG does it hurt now! LOL | ||

pain is a 2cc mix of omna and phenyl prop in the tricep....swelling lasted 5 days..horseshoe finally came fully back in 10 days  | ||

The rule of thumb is that the injection should take as long as it took to draw. Thick oils injected too fast, or with too much pressure, accounts for a lot of the sore asses you hear about on the board. | ||

Bro, If you are using the higher gauge pins like 23g or 25g it makes it easier if you hold the loaded syringe up to a light bulb for a minute before you inject. Heating the juice liquifies it and makes it easier to inject. LATE | ||

I am usually shooting 2cc through a 27g ping EOD. If before you inject you let it sit in a glass of warm water with the cap on of course. It really doesn't take that much time. With a 27g I usually do it in about 2-3 minutes. You do need a good grip because it does take some pressure to push it. I have foudn that BD pins have big finger slots that hold rather nicely. And no it is not the fact that I am scared of the larger pins. It is that on my 13th cycle shooting sometimes ED and EOD, you will tend to build up a lot of scar tissue, the smaller gauges tends to lesson the effect. Then you will get some that say use other muscle groups. Which is good for them, but I look at it this way. When you pierce the muscle and then inject a fluid into it. It builds up scar tissue. If you continue to inject in lets say your biceps, then you are breaking down muscle, and developing scar tissue there that will never grow again. My glute is not going to be worked that much so the scar tissue is not that big of a deal there. | ||

heat up the amp/vial by putting it in a glass of hot water for a few minutes. i use 25 guage for everything, takes about 20sec per cc......ya just gotta push hard....grrrr! | ||
