OH OH OH, I have a thought on that! I suggest you learn something, anything, about synthol type products before posting something like this. I can say this after using many different kinds of site injection scheme's and synthol products over the past few years.

-Lidocaine is Needed
-Silica would be Nice (good luck finding it)
-Alcohol as a perservative and inflamitory agent
-If your like GetPandP, you will use an addition longer acting pain killer.
-The correct ratio of elements is needed.

MCT oil was ASSUMED to be the base for synthol products, however, if you take you MCT oil that you find at a local GNC, and compare it to the oil found in synthol products (at least good ones), you will notice that there is a difference in them. Omega 8 and Omega 10 fatty acids are the base. There is no oil based gear which will give the same type of effects as synthol, because that oil is too easy for the body to break down.
