I'm hoping at least one person on this board benefits from this post. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU SHARE YOUR GHB/GBL WITH ANYONE!!! Check this shit out: I gave some GBL (very small quantity) to a "friend" at the gym back in summer of 1999. He gave some of it to one of his friends to try. One of his friends gave it to another friend to try while they were out party. This dumbfuck had been drinking off his ass and took a big chug of the GBL (if you've ever tried GBL you know that ml for ml it's stronger than GHB and you know NOT to drink!), and needless to say, he got quite sick. He passed out and went into a coma for a couple of weeks (NEVER MIX ALCOHOL WITH THIS SHIT YOU IDIOTS!). Anyway, he's part brain dead and can't see straight. June of 2000 this part brain dead guy gets a lawyer (I suppose his family got one) and sued the guy who they got the GBL from (my "friend."). This "friend" then tells them all about how I gave him this little sample to try. Well, as of last month I have been added to this lawsuit as a defendant. BOTTOM LINE: I'm being sued for over $5,000,000 (you read those zeros right) in damages because I gave a tiny little bit of GBL to someone who in turn gave it to someone else who in turn gave it to someone who was drunk off their ass and got seriously fucked up. NOW IS THAT FUCKED UP SHIT OR WHAT?!?! Keep all supplements (even the legal ones) to yourself. All of this occured when GHB and GBL were perfectly legal and could be bought over the internet just like creatine and E/C/A stacks.     | ||

That can happen with anything. Just think if you sell someone some amps of shit and some needles and they are a dumbfuck and inject some air into themselves and they die on the spot or go into a good coma. Guess who they come after. | ||

ok..anyone who knows the law, know this man has no case...first off in 99 GBL was legal, so giving it to anyone wasn't illegal, secondly, it cahnged hands 4 times, without any proof, simply hearsay, prove it...if you get a good lawyer you can turn around and say that they have now ruined your life becasue everyone at work now considers you to have deatl drugs, despite all that you did was give something legal to someone, and did nothing wrong, now you can go to work without feeling depressed....now not saying I doubt this post, but it simply doesn't make any sence, there is no case... big-guy | ||

that case is gonna be b.s. if anything he will be rewarded nominal damages which means that the court decided that the idiot proved he was an idiot for taking something he shouldn't have and we be rewared $1 for his trouble...lol..only thing i would worry about is punitive damages but considering that i am assuming you and the rest of the people aren't rich the court will not try to make an example out of you | ||

You're all right. It's a weak case. The facts are such that the plaintiff won't be able to recover from me anyway. The whole point of my post was to tell all of you out there to keep your supplements to yourself -- legal, and of course, not-so-legal supps. Basically what this amounts to is that if someone comes over to your work, house, etc, and has a headache, don't give them an aspirin. They might be alergic or have some adverse reaction. Or worse yet, they may give them to someone else who will then in turn sue you. Whatever happened to people taking responsibility for their own recklessness, or need I say, stupidity?? As a side note, I do know of people who got convicted to 5+ year sentences for distributing GHB/GBL when it was LEGAL. We just all need to be much more careful nowadays and look out for ourselves! | ||

Well, I have been practising law longer than some of you guys have been alive. I have defended hundreds of suits, many along these lines. The law has little to do with commonsense. They do have a case. One a good lawyer can sell to a jury. Do you have a homeowner's policy with General Liability coverage? If so, turn it over to them and have them defend it. Your lawyer is doing to tell you to settle this. How much you will end up paying is going to depend on how much you have. Good luck, you'll need it. This will end up being about the worse exerience of your life. | ||

I have been in ICU twice because of that good shit-------both times because I was shit faced doing it---Listen, You will only be in the shit, if you admitted to given it to someone. Even then, unless a person dies, you are all set. Just tell them that you told the dude to leave it alone. You did not know that he touched the stuff. I know people that have been taking that shit for over 15 years----although, probably not the best thing to do, still I think G is fine in small doses. Your getting sued, I feel for you but in know way should it be considered a bad thing. Flame me if you want but do your research first! Remember I'm a guy that has over 15,000 dollars worth of medical bills for G---Atleast I had insurance to pay for them< thank my wife for that! | ||

Bump this shit up. I've got a friend who is an ER doc and he said every tims someone comes in who has OD's, the cops fucking grill them on where it came from. He told me the DAs cannot wait to make an example out of someone who gets caught with G. Here is the situation, lets say someone Gs out, winds up in the ER and gives in to the cops questioning and says they got it from Jim. The cops raid Jim's place and find a 16 oz bottle of G. Not much, right? The DA will prosecute your ass claiming that a serving is a capful. How many caps in a 16 oz bottle? Approx 112. Now Jim is being prosecuted for posession, possible with the intent to sell, of 112 doses of "the date rape drug!!!" Imagine how many innocent girls could have been raped if the cops had not caught this guy? The dumbasses serving the jury have no clue what GHB is and good ol' Jim is more than likely fucked. Moral of the story, keep it to yourself and keep it hidded well. Dont be the example. DC

Good point DC. Getting busted with juice and G is definately not the same thing. If you get nailed with 16 oz or more of G and dont roll over on anyone, first offense or not, you are doing some time in prison. | ||

calkid was that your story on the news the other day about ghb at club ultra man i was recommending ghb to some of my friends as an alternative to alcohol as long as it s of very limited dosage . but some people think they are super man so they end up fucked up like that . i m not using that shit anymore neither talk about it to anyone | ||
