MCT Oil is unsterile, IE will lead to an infection, gives an overall lumpy appearance, does not have lidocaine (or other pain killers), basicly - it dosen't work well at all.

Seriously, there is no great way to sterilize a product at home. The oven technique is have ass'ed at best, and serves no preservation purposes. You would have to add alcohol, lidocain, silica (good luck finding it) before it would even begin to be comparable to the other products out there, then after we spend thousands doing that (getting the right ratio's and what not), it will be about a year later, and you MIGHT have a good product, but you have no way to produce is sterilely. So basicly, unless you work in a lab, no.
