just saying hello, im new to the board. ive been competiting for 13 years. pretty much tried everything. i have a working understanding of nutrition and training. contest prep. i know how certain things work but not why. so im new to this computer thing, found this page and bang guys actually willing to share experiences and information. i say excellent. ill being posting a lot of questions as to is this real or fake. and im willing to take questions on anything else.     | ||
