Does anyone know which ass check left or right is better to inject? (stupid Q)

And does it hurt to inject in the outside of your thigh and is it dangerous? Where exactly do I put it, I cant find a site that specifies exactly where.

Yea, it sounds like a stupid question, but when it comes down to it, everyone has a prefrence to which side to inject, It really has to do with wheater you are right or left handed, you are more dexterious with your dominant arm, so that injection will be easier to do.

As for the leg, this is my favorite site. Very easy to do, just rotate frequently becuase of the IT band. It won't hurt, but if you go to far to the posterior you may hit your siatic nerve. Take your left hand and place your thumb on your right hip joint, speard your finges wide, and wherever you pinky ends up down on your thigh, that is the area you want to shoot.

You can shoot anywere in your quads, just contract the muscles, find a spot, relax and shoot. Very easy to do because it is in front of you and you can use both hands easily.

If you're shooting in the quad 1" is fine. You want to inject in the vastus lateralis or the outer sweep. The big one on the side of your leg in other words. Bout mid way up/down. Easiest injection site in my opinion.

If your a rookie i think you should start in the Glutes. Either side there is nothing to worry about. I am not comfortable with the quads, but have no problems with shoulder injections. There is a link I think from Iron_Game that helps with injections. Good luck.

Best thing to do is not just shoot one side! This will cause scar tissue build up and eventually you will need a sledge hammer to get the needle in. In my opinion glutes are the least painful, thigh is most painful. Best thing to do if possible is to rotate - do right glute, then left glute, then right thigh, left thigh, right delt, left delt. Delts are not bad, but you will most likely have to get someone to give you the shot. Another tip, 1 or 1.5" for quad, 1 inch for delt and 2" for glute is best. Hope this helps.

Bro, I alternate, glutes and quads at present, using both cheeks of course, 1" is fine for the quads, I would go all the way in with that, for me, I use the 1.25" pins and go all the way in on the glutes and quads with that.
I also use 2" pins and have gone all the way in to the glute with that, It seem to be a less painful injection if I go real deep.
Going to start doing my delts soon.
