here is what my blood test letter said:

total cholesterol: 251
HDL: 14

i know that's bad, but how bad is it?

my liver enzymes were "slightly elevated" which i take as good news, the letter doesn't seem to say it is like terrible or urgent, probably would be fine if i stopped the orals for a couple weeks i assume.

they want me to come back in 1-2 months for a follow up.

oh yea, my blood pressure was something like 150/100, they told me it was dangerous but i was on a y/n/c/a/T3/anadrol combo at the time.

on another note, will taking DNP for long periods (3-6 wks straight) at high doses (600-900mg/day) cause any possible problems that i am seeing on these blood tests?

Labs vary but...FWIW I have a report in front of me that lists the following metrics:

Cholesterol MG/DL ref range <200
HDL MG/DL ref range >35

Later,

When you take oral steriods, you HDL will most likely be lowered. I think its the anadrol that's making you HDL so low. Low HDL means greater risks for a heart attack. Are you taking FLAX SEED OIL, or anything like LIV52 or MILK THYSLE? Your liver is greatly responsible for regualting the cholestrol in your body. Check your values again after you discontinue the roids to make sure things are back to normal. If not ask your doc for some meds. Take care

MR27: not taking any of that stuff right now. i got the milk thistle on hand so i will start taking it with nothing else changed. this will be some real evidence to see if the stuff really works anyway.

im just going to keep my cardio moderate to keep myself from having a heart attack, but really if anyone knows about just how dangerous the blood pressure is let me know cuz i wasnt at my max adipokinetix dosage when it was taken.

d1734, I just had my blood checked and my liver is elevated and my cholesterol is too, my HDL= 25.9 on a scale of 26-63 and my LDL=161.3 on 56-130 so my LDL is not good for sure, my doc thought is was bad enough to put me on med for it I'm now taking (LESCOL-40 mg daily) so yours is worst than mine I would chill on the gear for a while untill everythings back to normal just my .2 cents Good luck bro!

Bro, that's a bit high. You want your cholesterol below 200 mg/dL. You want your HDL high, ideal if greater than 50 mg/dL and the LDL low, ideal if less than 100 mg/dL. The higher the ratio of LDL/HDL the more risk you are of getting heart disease. If LDL/HDL > 3.6 you at a greater than average risk for getting heart disease. A value of 8.0 is 3 times the average risk.

Your BP is also high bro. You need to be 120's or 130's for systolic and 70's or 80's for diastolic. 150/100 and you souildn't be pumping iron bro. Seriously, you need to get that shit down. No-Flush Niacin (which is very different than regular Niacin) is GREAT for cholesterol. I take for that and it wors great. I take 400 to 600 mg. three times per day. But you can't do that with regulat Niacin or you'll mess your liver up. You also might want to take, Folic Acid, TMG and B6.

For the BP, you can take magnesium, CoQ10, the no-flush niacin also is good for bp. Also, if you're really into it, take some hawthorn berry (an herb) and L-Carnitine. The latter are great for the heart.

I don't mean to scare you bro, but that's an indication that something's not right and a wake up call. You need to act on that and get them both down under safe levels.

Hang in there, bro.
