Does anyone know how insulin shuttles creatine into the muscles, or does anyone know if these even happens for sure? I've heard this many times from many people, but I just can't figure out the physiological mechanism for this, or even the reason why this would take place at all in the body. It doesn't seem like you're body would have the ability to do this naturally...does it?

I always felt more from my insulin cycles when I combine it with creatine. When I use insulin...it is the only time I feel anything off of creatine. B True

I looked at the pdr.Insulin stimulates carb protein and fat metabolism.insulin is the primary transport for glucose into the cells.which give the cells energy. creatine is a percurser to atp which is the actual mechcanism that produces energy cell.so yes your body does it naturally as when you eat red meat. so what your doing is suppling your cells with all the requirments for your nerve cell to creat an action potential and release energy. |
