It was on one of those shows kindda like dateline or whatever..

#1 They were doing a segment on a male model who was on alot of the "Men's Health" covers. and he said "I don't take any performance enhancing drugs, I get up at 5 in the morning and work hard for my body." BLAH!! You weigh 150lbs fucker.. i'd be ripped to shreds if I weighed that much!

#2 The next segment was on a woman who died from ephedra. her husband is suing the company who makes "thermadrene" and the womans personal trainer because she is the one who suggested she use it. Come to find out, this woman had high blood pressure and didn't bother to read the WARNING label on the back of it which says "Those who have high blood pressure, DO NOT USE."

Its because of peoples ignorance that drugs that can help us get better bodies are going to be banned.

Legaly the company whom manufactures the thermadrine is covered by the label... the trainer... i feel should have done a little more research on his or her trainee...

I AGREE! SOME PEOPLE TEND TO DO THINGS WITH OUT READING THE DIRECTIONS AND GETING CHECKED UP BY A DOC AND WHEN SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS THEY ARE SO QUICK TO BLAME THE PRODUCT. IT MAKES ME SICK!

I do a little part-time training myself and that trainer should have little to worry about if she covered her tracks. It is pretty standard in any legit club to ask "x" number of questions about health history, etc., then hit 'em up for a signature relieving the trainer or the club of any liability.

That is complete bullshit to be blaming Thermadrene or the trainer...I agree with ya'll, read up a little before you use any products. Most everyone out there is looking for a quick fix, whether that be weight gain or weight loss, and they do not go about it very intelligently.

I also sell bodybuilding supplements and I run into these types all the time, wanting to know how to get their fat asses in a thong in two weeks for spring break....sorry, not gonna happen my friend!

Sorry for the babbling, this just kinda hit a cord with me.

Just my two cents.

yeah that first topic is right up there with these assholes that enter socalled natural bb contests, these fucks juice in the offseason then when the show comes around they claim to never have taken steroids in their lifes. Crazy shit man people are so fuckin stupid, and if the asshole hasnt ever taken juice he is some 165lb prick walkin around talkin shit about the steroid users. Oh and I hate it when some big lookin guy talks shit about steroid users and the dumbass cant even bench 225 12 times. I was in the gym the other day and this tall black dude probably about 6'6 and weighs 250 or more said look at that bloated steroid fuck, and the asshole cant even bench 225 12 fuckin times, now who is the stupid fuck, I wanted to sit down and bench it for him about 35 times, so he could feel like a overgrown weakling.

I'll probably get flamed for this but here goes...

I saw that 48 HOURS special on TV and I think that he was proably forced by Men's Health to mention he was Natural otherwise their sales would proboably go down. Also, I don't think it matter what weight you are, the fact is 165LBS or not, he looked good.

On a more personal note, I'm 6' and at my biggest I was 198LBS, 32" waist, BF 10%. Probably not nearly as big as you guys but I got LOTS of compliments. However, I wasn't happy with the way I looked. Big (in my opinion) didn't suit me. I lost about 10LBS and I looked better. I guess it depends on your body type. I can't imagine Arnold having the body of a CK model, nor can I imagine Chris Rock with Dorian Yates body.

These two guys sued a lawnmower manufacturer for not specifying the use of a lawn mower. The two guys picked up a lawnmower and trimmed bushes with it, got injured. They won that lawsuit.
