What should my calorie intake be per day? I do cardio 3x week for 30 minutes also. I want to get a head start for summer.

This is highly individualized. Do you know a lot about proper diet? Post your stats and that will be a good starting point. Nobody can tell you how many calories is optimal for cutting even with the facts of your body composition so it's going to take work and experimentation on your part. With your stats somone can estimate what you will need but it will only be an estimate. You really have to be in tune and disciplined with your body to cut successfully.

Beezer is absolutely right. The only thing we can really say is make sure your getting enough protein atleast 1 1/2 X your bodyweight and keep your carbs low.

Sorry for no stats guys, I'm 6'0 180lbs. That may not seem like much, but I'm trying to get my b/f lower to show some abs. I'm in very good shape, but my abs could be more defined. A 10-15lb drop should do it I think.

You can get a rough estimate by taking your body weight in pounds, then multiplying it by 12.

Body weight x 12 is really low for a hard training individual. It is a personal thing but for most 12x bodyweight won't do the trick to maintain muscle mass and keep the meatabolism running. From my personal experience bodyweightx15 is about as low as one can go and maintain lean body mass as well has keep metabolism working. Fat loss is a slow proccess that requires patience. Drastically reducing calories will induce a starvation mode in the body slowing the metabolism thus grinding fat loss to a halt. Too few calories and muscle will be catabolized very quickly.
