I EAT TILL I FEEL SICK BUT I'M ONLY GETTING AROUND 2OOGRAMS OF PROTEIN/DAY AND ACCORDING TO YOU GUYS I NEED AROUND 300 FOR MY BODYWEIGH WHEN CYCLING DECA I'M 165 LBS
AND THOSE WEIGHT GAINERS YOU HAVE TO TAKE LIKE SIX SCOOPS AND THEN YOU GET BLOATED
WHAT CAN I DO TO UP MY PROTEIN?

Forget the wt gainers and use a straight protein powder or a meal replacement powder.Wt gainers will make u fat as they are mostly sugar.

How many meals a day are you eating? For your body weight on avg. you need around 200-300grams of protein. If your eating 5-6meals a day, then it would make it easier to obtain your goal. What I usually do is cook several chicken breast at once, so I can eat then throughout the day. I also use deluxe myoplex shakes, and thats around 40grams of protein for one shake. But if your having trouble reaching the amount of protein, then try to eat just protein for a meal. Like for a mid morn. snake have a protein shake or some tuna, chicken,turkey,ect... That way you won't fill up on the CHO.

I'm also a fan of myoplex, 2 a day gives me 80g proteing alone, never mind the three shots of straight protein, chix, tuna, & egg whites. You can do it if you just put a little more focus into. Don't try to eat too much in one sitting, go w/ what BSJOHNSON said and you'll be all set with time and patients.

The EAS simply Protein with water is great don't be affraid to take 50-60 grams at a time. Eat 6 meals with atleast 50 grams and you are at 300g of protein.

use MRP or whey protein (isolate is the best grade) not those shitty weight gainers.

i get the cases of the high protein ensure and just down 8 - 12 of those evey day it works pretty well for me...it gets kind of costly though, each case is 23 dollars...
