i have a 6-day/10-week program (actually week 9). I recorded gains of 12%-16% in strenght in all major movements (squat, b.press, push jerk, cleen, etc)... tha thing is that two times a week split kills my time to study, and as a student THAT KILLS ME!!! I wish to keep up the gains but sorking every muscle group once a week on a 5 or 6 day basis. can anyone help? I also gained HUGE amounts of size, but I now wish to cut a little bit... any davise on diet? if anyone can help, please do, since the strenght coach here is a jerk. this program I got it from a pal, and I wish to keep up the gains in strenght and size. gear isn't a problen, so any advise will help. thanks. | ||

Hey man can you hook it up in Mexico. If you want to lose weight eat about 400 to 200 to 50or 100 gram ratio of protein, carbs and fat. Stay away from breads and any sugars. Eat steak chicken turkey anything like that and if can cycle some clenbuterol with some winny eq and sust. | ||
