Hey bro's I was wonder what times of the day should I take d-bol. I know pleanty about it but I wanted to see your opinions from experience. I have never done d-bol only anadrol in the past but I am looking forward to starting my d-bol/omna cycle in 4 days. I am going to run the d-bol at 30mg a day or maybe 35mg but that might be too high for my first d-bol cycle. At what time should I take it? I know you should take a tab approx every 4.5 hours but i am not sure of the most effective way. Also I am going to take it with grapefruit juice to see if it works better.

I was thinking at 30 mg,

1 tab 7am
1 tab 12pm
2 tabs .5 hour before work out
1 tab 9 pm
1 tab 2 am

or should I space them out more evenly?

A friend of mine took two in the morning, 1hr before he worked out and towards the night and gained a good 18lbs on dbol alone.

I have great results using 8 per day (40mg).

2 for breakfast
2 for lunch
2 1 hour before workout
2 at bedtime

The half life is supposed to be around 6 hours so this spaces it out pretty good and keeps it consistent through the day.

If you are going to take 30 mg I would only take 1 in the morning and 1 for lunch. Then take 2 preworkout to maximize the hormone levels for recovery and take 2 prior to bed to maximize hormone levels while you sleep and grow.

I'm just starting with d-bol for the first time myself. This is day 5. Doing 6 to 8 a day. (It varies with how often I remember!) Feeling strong and gained two pounds, but it could still be psychological. Waiting for changes that will convince me the stuff is not bunk (Russian).

Anyway, I am interested in why some take two tabs around workout time. I know d-bol doesn't stay in the system long. But are you assuming most of the potential for growth, when you want the stuff in you working, is around the time you work out? Why?

Looking for answers here from more experienced.

The reason I take 2 pre workout is to maximize hormone and recovery levels from the dbol. This is when you are breaking your muscle tissue down the most and it will greatly aid in protein synthesis when you have that post workout protein drink. Dbol is very well known for it's affect on speeding up and increasing protein synthesis. Many feel it gives a bit of extra strength surge while in the gym (it may be mental - but mental is half the game anyway, so if it works do it)

i am now on week 4 of my d/bol deca cycle i take 25mg before training and 25mg before bedtime.gained 13lb

D-bol has a 4 1/2 hour life span in the body...Starting slow is cool, but by week 3 10 mg every 5 hrs should be the norm...then at week 5 every 4 hrs and then taper down...I think I may be in love with D-bol...The gains I've made are huge!!! Went from 230lbs to 247lbs in just 4 1/2 weeks!!!
Bench is through the roof!!!

Only catch is to watch side effects and clean out da liver!!

OK, this is day 6 on my Russian d-bol, 6 to 8 tabs per day. I was 5-10 lbs. stronger in every lift (today was arm day). Looks like I have put on 3 or 4 lbs.

Possible "other" reasons: I am stoked at the thought of starting this cycle, and have been eating big.

Saturday is chest day, I am really waiting to see what happens there.

My question: At the end of one week, what sort of things would you guys (with experience) take as indications that the d-bol is real?

I need to order more soon. I don't want to be a dumb-ass and waste my money ordering more from this source if it's fake shit.

Usually after week 1 you will be a couple pounds heavier from the sheer amount of food you are eating. You are holding more crap in your large intestines and your muscles are probably saturated with glycogen if you weren't fully carb loaded before. Then add a couple more pounds to that of pure water retention. People will gain anywhere from 4-10 pounds in the first week. I'm a big water retainer so I usually gain around 10 the first week- then I know it's real, if you are using an antiestrogen like armidex it could be harder to determine at the end of week 1 by weighing yourself. If your lifts in week 2 are easier though and you seem alot stronger then that's always a great indicator that it's not bunk.

Anyone have experience with liquid dbol? I have some in 25/ml strength. I haven't used it yet, just curious to know if anyone has had good or bad results with it.

I was wondering whether taking proviron 50mg/day while on dbol 25mg/day would be effective in reducing water retention, without nolva? I guess aromatisation of dbol varies in indivduals, but wats the general view?

Split it throughout the day. If you must take two before a workout.

Yes, proviron will reduce water greatly.
