I brought a 'Light Iced Coffee' in preference to a normal one but i noticed there is more sugar in the light than the normal ,just less fat. If on a cutting diet, which would be best?? per 250ml Iced Coffee Fat 7g Sugars 19g Light Iced Coffee Fat 5g Sugars 22.5g

For serious cutting sugars MUST be avoided(exeption is post workout). I actually do better with a fairly high fat content. As long as you are in a calorie deprived state fat won't be stored as fat. Not sure of the technicalities of it but I loose fat far better with ample fat along with my high protein intake. Sugar will cause the release of insulin which will prevent the release of fatty acids form adipose tissue. Not sure why you can't lay off the sugary coffe beverages but option one is better...Though far from recomended for a balanced and effective cutting diet. Make it easy on yourself and don't drink this shit while cutting. 19g of sugar is rather high and the fat is most likely not good fats.
