I searched but a post from last year was bumped several times without and answer so I will attempt the question again.
I know it varies from training to the person, but there must be a range.
For example when on gear and ECA I find I sweat a lot more then usual, especially when drinking 1-2 litres of water during the workout.

Anyway let me know what you guys think. This is especially helpful for the bros wanting to burn fat or even put on weight.

Later..

what are you asking?! its very unclear (might just be me).
ECA makes you sweat because it's a diuretic.
Try drinking 3 cups of coffee, take a shower or go workout while drinking water.

You'll wanna piss ASAP yo.
peace

Maybe I was unclear the first time so I will try again:
How many calories (range) do you burn during a workout????

I don't see how one can answer this. That depends on how intensive your workouts are, how long, etc... lot of different factors..

Yes I know there are a lot of variables (as I mentioned in the begining), but there has to be a range, i.e. min/max.
For example for a 1hr workout the least amount of calories you will burn is 1000 and if the workout is really intense then maybe 3000 calories. I am just gueassing here but the range should be along these lines.

Anyone else

There is no real answer here , A 250 lb guy training full blast doing a large muscle group like legs burn alot more calories than a 140 lb guy walking through a few sets for his biceps.
There are tons of other factors as well.

Ok to make things a bit easier I will give you my stats and you tell me how much can I burn (range of min/max)
6'4"
225lbs (but it's going up, just started gear)
29 years old
9-10% bf (was at 9 a few months ago with 220)

My guess is 1000-3000/workout, pending on which body part and intensity. Does that sound right??

that is guess is way high eman....if you burned 3000 calories in a workout...the rest of your body would be underfueled....I would guess around 400-800 for 7-10 minutes time under tension for a large muscle group...10 minutes time under tension being ten sets of ten reps in a 2sec pos and 4 sec neg fashion...running intensely for and hour for you would only be 800-1000 calories
