Ok guys, I have put together my second cycle and here it is. Just some info on me- 5'10", 231lbs, first cycle was T200 at 500mgs/week for 8 weeks. That was last sept-nov. Problem is my bodyfat is just way too high. I'm thinking about 20-22%. Here's what I plan to do:
Eq at 300mg/week for 8 weeks
Clen- 1 week on at 3,3,5,5,7,7,7(tabs) and 1 week off for 6 weeks
Cytomel- 25,50,75,100,75,50,25 changing dosages every 5 days, that'll put me on T3 for 5 weeks. Not too sure about hitting 100mcg on the T3.
ECA on the weeks off of clen.
I would lower the dosages of clen but oxyflux imo is inferior to spiropent and oxyflux is what im using.
Any thoughts on how I can alter this or does it look pretty square? As far as workouts go I'm not going too heavy and hitting circuit at least 2x/week. Alot of running and swimming too. Just wanna get ripped and shed this nasty shit. Any feedback would be appreciated, especially expectations I might be able to expect. thanks

I would stretch it longer than 8 weeks. It takes time and patience to loose fat. It doesn't happen over night...even with drugs. Preferably 12 weeks. This will give you ample time to SAFELY loose FAT and preserve muscle. Loose too fast and muscle will be comprimised. Run the eq for 12 weeks. Don't run either. It's not efficient at fat burning but is very, very catabolic. Moderate intensity walk or something of that nature is best for fat loss. And remember...It's all about diet.

True dat. Run the EQ at 400 mg for 10-12 weeks, and possibley add some Fina. Moderate cardio level or you WILL lose mass. Try a 40/30/30 diet. Once fat loss plateaus, rotate carb consumption.

Thanks for the input everyone. Think I will get some more EQ. What about some test instead of fina to prevent mass loss?

Sorry not to open another thread, but i feel you'd like to know this too.

I'm right now cutting, and i'm on no steroids, just diet + cardio + little supplements. I'm doing a 25min running session on empty stomach. What is the best cardio to preserve muscle, and get cut? For how long ( minutes per day/times per week)

Thankx

I was reading a study comparing the effects of resistance training, low impact cardio, and high impact cardio on BMR, fat loss, and lean mass preservation. What the study concluded was this: weights and low impact cardio preserve lean mass better than weights and high impact cardio. But the weights and high impact cardio burned more fat than the other. Those were the main points of the study and since it was just 12 weeks it's by no means conclusive. I'd have to agree with this somewhat since I spend about 1.5-2 hrs/day in the pool. I'd say if you have access to swimming it really helps lung capacity plus it's a nice shock to the body to burn more fat. Maybe 30-40mins/day i the water 4-5 days a week would really help.

Oops, guess i just repeated what Beezers said about moderate cardio as opposed to running. Damnit gotta start reading replies more carefully- still seeing double from low carbs
