Im am an older guy. and gear makes my cholesteral go thru the roof. anybody recomend a reasonably priced cholesteral loweing drug?     | ||

I'm sure your doctor will be more than happy to give you a prescription with full instructions on how to take the meds. Doctors don't know much about AS, but they know plenty about cholesterol. This is especially due to the fact that they deal with overweight slobs 90% of the time they have a patient these days. ------------------ | ||

thanks Mayo-Genetic for the quick reply, but im one of those screwballs who hate pompas-ass perverted friekazoid doctors. i do my own research. i ask questions of knowledgeable people such as yourself, and research the answers on the net. i do however have my bloodwork done 2x yearly at the va. i buy all my meds overseas on the net. since gear lowers "LDL" good cholesteral. i need the name of a reasonable cholesteral lowering agent. any help? | ||

My doc just started me on (LESCOL) 40mg my LDL = 161.3 and HDL= 25.9 |
