I want to hit a cycle in the summer that would be a good hardening and cutting cycle with some quality mass also. I am definitely going to do EQ and winny but I want to know the ways to avoid ANY WATER RETENTION IF I DECIDE TO ADD IN A TESTOSTERONE IN THE BEGINING. I want my face to stay lean. These are the methods i already know that can help this----- Clenbeuterol/eca ---low sodium diet ---moderate to low carbs What else can i do to elimninate any water retention in the face???? (Creams,drugs, ect.) I AM NOT WILLING TO DO ANYTHING LIKE LASIX. ------------------     | ||

have you considered armidex??? It eliminates estrogen... just a thought! aky | ||

Thankyou...i should have thought of that. Armidex is expensive and i don't have access to it but i will try and see if i can swing it. Anything else like creams? ------------------ | ||

Mass monster....this fukin suks  It feels like i actually have sore tits!!! I can't believe this happened ...it's very unfortunate but i want the soreness to just go the fuk away because i can't sleep! Sorry for the language but i am so pissed. But remember that facial leanness is directionally proportional to bodyfat levels also. And just like abs, you cannot spot reduce for your face. Like the others said, you can only hope that your bodyfat does not climb too high and take advantage of anti-E's. ------------------ | ||

I couldnt sleep when I had the gyno, the shit hurt, finally got so fed up with it I pursued getting it removed, my health coverage covered it (after much persuasion) and got it out.....was benching by the weekend......see if your health plan will cover it, get it done in the winter.... | ||

HeMan, were their any scares from the operation?? I hope i don't need it I start my next cycle in 4 days and the gyno worries me a little!
