Does taking an occasional Vicodin or Valium, or other sleeping pills affect gains any any negative way?

Well, very true about being groggy, but Im taking Eca right now, which is the reason I cant sleep and need those. So its kind of like a daily cycle...The Eca helps me get over the grogginess completely, but then i need something to put me down again at night. I guess if they dont put any limits to gains directly then I dont have to worry

Hey everyone, been lurking for awhile. Finally registered, learning as much as I can and hoping to learn more. My experiences with valium have been both good and bad. Take 20-40 mg and everythings a breeze, on the other hand you end up sleeping like you won't believe. I took just 10mg last night and was still groggy after 10.5 hrs of sleep. Workouts suck too. Maybe if nothing else works for you 2.5-5mg might help, still might make you groggy though. I'll go with percocet, lortab, or even darvocet over valium. Anyways I know it's a long reply. Glad to be here and hope to fill up with some serious knowledge. Later.

Doesnt melatonin make you groggy in the morning?

Melatonin shouldn't make you groggy.
