Chances are good that this product is a scam. I would eat like a horse, make sure you get enough protein. Concentrate on the major lifts and grow. Use the free weights. What I would do to do it all over. Good luck!1! | ||

diesle is right..the prohormones will help some people, but bro at 17 tou hve testos to spare... whey protein glutmine and food..bench, ssquat, dead lift..at this point you need nothing mor | ||

fuck the prohormones. i tried them, got bloated. They suck. learn how to work out properly and you will get bigger. |
