How many of you hit every body part every 7-8 days. I know alot of people who do it every 4 days but this leaves hardly any room for rest | ||

I go every 7 when off, every 5 when on. | ||

I train each bodypart once a week. I feel any more frequently would be overtraining. I feel rest is even more important while on to maximize the AS's potential. | ||

a 4 on 1 off training split is what I use. this gives each muscle 5 days of rest. so you are training each muscle every 5 days. ------------------ | ||

I used to go 3 on and 1 off. I have been doing 2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off. Basically one part a week, going heavy. It has been working real good. My strength is better now than when I am on, with the exception of chest. | ||

breezers said it. as will wake you grow more if you allow the extra growth wich takes TIME.as are no magic pills |
