I like the pure powder because of the cheap price per gram. You can add other stuff to it to make it the same as some of the mixed powders and liquids and probably for half the cost. JRock

I like the sublingual liquid... you don't get any wasted like the powder sometimes, and it gets into the blood stream faster because there are a lot of vessels under the tongue... it bypasses the digestive tract, and goes right to work... but it is quite costly... RJ

I have been using the creatine serum for several months now and, though quite costly, find that there is more effect and less waste. I woul like to know if others have found the same re: effects.

The claims of the liquid seem great- no water retention, directly into your system, etc.. but it did nothing for me. I WAS a long time creatine user and use to feel weak in the gym when not on but now I don't feel like I've lost anyting at all. However, my previous fav would have to be the EAS Phosphagen.

Will Brink wrote an article on creatine. The purest one are the German creatine and Pro Lab uses those. I think they have a buy 300g get 300g free or something. Some of the unpure stuff are filled with nasty ass shit and I'd avoid them at all cost. There's also no proof that the liquid ones are better. Your body gets saturated with it one way or the other anyway (taking a teaspoon everyday) so in the end, it really doesn't matter if you take it in liquid form or not.

Definately the powder. Just the cheap Joe Wieder stuff from WalMart. All this BS about one form being better thatn another is crap. Either a molecule is creatine, or it is not. The powder is so much cheaper that you could use twice as much and still be ahead (but you don't have to, so you defianately make out better)

Dymatize is good quality and it's very cheap. You can find it at http://www.stacksandweights.com/cgi-bin/miva?Merchant2/merchant.mv+Screen=SFNT&Store_Code=supplements ------------------

The micronized creatine by Metrx is pretty good. It mixes very well and I was able to get a 750 gram jar for a great price at GNC (which generally rips you off).

The best creatine that I have used is Sportpharma. I used the powder and made some decent gains from it. Also, its not as expensive as Muscletech or EAS.
