It wasn't too bad sticking my bi and tri, and i was use to my shoulder being hit. Anyway's it felt like a minor muscle cramp going in, nothing that really bothered me. After about 30 minutes the pain came... It feels like my arms and tris have been hit with a fucking hammer. Its worse than a prop or suspension injection... It sorta feels like i just got done blowing my arms out on arm day...I thought it would go away this morning but it is still there. Hopefully i will get used to itm and it wont hurt after a while     | ||

are you able to train???for instance,would you be able to train chest or back???or does it inhibit your training...just curious. ------------------ | ||

Just my opinion, but i would have saved the synthl till after your cycle. its gonna fuck with your training and sqrew your cycle up if your not careful. | ||

Hopefully i will be able to train... i'll let you guys know tonight... Its not too bad... Heat makes it feel better, so i am gonna soak in the whirlpool before i work out... Supposedly it just hurts the first couple of shots, it shouldnt be too big a deal |
