just curious if anyone has tried to declare any roids at the mex/us border under the 50dose law, I remember the post about it, but no one had the info as to if the roids could be possibly brought back? I figured no roids would be allowed back, but others thought the prescribed ones like deca, cyp, and test could be brought back.......any new info?    | ||

I just dont understand how narcotics and other shit can be brought back under the law and when it comes to roids, its all NO!!!!! it is a discriminating law and act, pure BS. | ||

How is it a risk if you're declaring items to make sure that they're legal? Obviously you won't lose much if they seize one amp and you were attempting to follow the law. I know we've already beat this one to death, but the information on the US Customs website does say that you can bring back Class 3 controlled substances for personal use if they are approved for use in the US. It DOES NOT appear to exclude all anabolic steroids, only those that are not currently marketed in the US. I know that this new federal ruling might cut into the profits of some people if it does in fact work, but a lot of people will benefit. | ||

Fuck it's worth a try. Buy a few amps of and declare it and mention the new law- and see how it goes. But if it doesn't happen- you'll probly have less luck bringing stuff back later on. | ||

If you read on the US customs page it says you can bring back controlled Sub 2-5, but if you read on it says illegal drugs like heroin and Anabolic steroids cannot be brought back. Now i dont know about you guys but that pisses me off that they would even put the word heroin next to anabolic steroids. | ||

they don't say ALL anabolic steroids are illegal, i believe they are only refering to ones that are not able to be validly prescribed in the US (such as d-bol) From a strict interpretation of the language, I belive that Deca, Testosterone, Winstrol, Anavar, and Anadrol should fall under this personal use exemption and will be allowed to pass. | ||

Even if it does work, they certainly ain't gonna let you bring in any vet shit and say that because it's winny it's ok cuz we have it in the states. It all would have to be FDA approved trade names such as Organon Deca-Durabolin redi-jects @50mg/ml because we have the American equivalent by Organon that is FDA approved. We don't have any FDA approved oxandrolone, winny, test (i.e. BTG or UpJohn), UniMed Anadrol, Upjohn Halotesten, etc. I believe that it will have to be FDA approved meds made by FDA approved companies. So no Stenox, Testoviron, etc. Test won't be test according to this law. Even if it does work out to be a legit loophole which I seriously doubt. I too can't believe they included just three drugs in the list of shit that can't be imported like Heroin (not even prescribed-at least I don't think anywhere), whatever the L-drug was, and the whole fucking category of AS??!!!! How do you lump that shit in (Class III) with Heroin (Class I-no medical use in the US)? Fuck those motherfuckers. Why does customs have such a fucking hard-on for bodybuilders? Everyone loves arnold but hates muscle. Everyone loves there favorite athlete, but condemn the way they get there. Naive, hypocritical bastards. | ||

Actually, oxandrolone is now sold in the US under the trade name Oxandrin. It's now sold through a biotech company but is still manufactured by Searle. Basically, they did it to jack the price: it's now about $1800 for an eight week cycle. If you go to the customs site and read everything about the prescription drug regulations, it specifically says that the drug does NOT have to be from a US manufacturer. As long as the drug is approved in the US, it doesn't matter who makes it. It further gives an example that you can bring in diazepam (generic name for Valium) from a foreign manufacturer, but it says to use caution because the quality might not be very good. tomatohead, just to clarify: i think you are mistaken about them making a statement that the entire category of anabolic steroids is illegal. clomid is not a controlled substance, therefore you will have no problem bringing back personal use quantities through customs | ||
