Well I checked it out and the only thing that came close to what I'm looking for was it said for a 200lb person, 250g of protein would be ideal. Well I'm not 200lbs. And also what if that 200lb person was carrying 50lbs fat around, than their lean body mass would only be about 150lbs, so wouldn't that have an effect on how much protein they would have to consume. What I'm asking here is what am I going to need to know to set up a diet based on my stats? Like will my age matter, or my height, or my waist line, or my body fat, or what kind of a cycle I'll be using, or my weight. What am I going to need to know or find out to do this right?

This is a good article that might give you a starting point... http://t-mag.com/html/body_146mass.html When setting up a diet: First, determine the number of calories you need to consume given your goals. (bulking or cutting) Then determine macronutrient ratios... These are pretty flexible... If you're bulking, a variation on the 40-30-30 carb-protein-fat ratio may work well... But ensure that your protein intake is HIGH while on juice. A gram and a half per pound of bodyweight per day should do it. After ensuring you get your protein, you can fill in the fats and carbs. A common formula for calculating calorie needs when bulking is bodyweight * 20-25 , but that doesn't take factors like metabolic rate, bodyfat level, etc. into account... the article I linked above has a much more detailed (and well thought-out) method...
