im on my 5th week and im up 15lbs, but i dont see it. I can tell my quads got bigger and my face is a lil puffed but i dont overall see much difference. Is it because im always lookin at myself? My friends say ive got bigger but i dont know why i dont see it, you guys ever feel this way?

same thing here. it is bc you see yourself everyday. when i see people that i havent seen in a while they tell me how i have gotten bigger. best thing to do is take a before pic and then an after pic and that will help you see your gains

TRUST ME, YOU LOOK BIGGER. I GAINED 37POUNDS BEFORE I GOT THE FLU AND I DID NOT NOTICE THAT MUCH OF A DIFFRENCE EITHER BUT PEOPLE KEPT TELLING ME HOW MUCH BIGGER I LOOK AND ALL MY LIFTS WERE INCREASING DRAMATICALLY. TAKE SOME BEFORE AND AFTER PICS AND LOOK AT THEM AND YOU WILL SEE THE DIFFRENCE. I FORGOT TO TAKE MY BEFORE PICS GOOD LUCK ON THE REST OF YOUR CYCLE M18 ------------------

Like stated above, your getting bigger. I did the same thing for both my cycles. I had all my friends saying I was huge, and I couldn't see what the hell they were talking about. Keep up the hard work, and it will pay off in the end.

Yeah, ive been getting it a lot lately..."you look bigger, what you been eating"? I dont see myself looking any different than i did 6 months ago, but everyone insists that i look bigger. I dont even like for people to tell me i look bigger though..its almost an insult to me, because i know im not that big. Thats how i am anyways.

Dragon, I feel the same way. People tell me I'm big, and it almost embarrasses me. I don't think I am. I'll be posting pics soon to let all you bastards critique me. But I never feel like I'm bigger either. Even my girlfriend tells me I'm growing a lot. I don't see it.

That's definitely a good thing Babyfaced Monster. If it was the wrong type of weight gain, like fat, you would definitely notice it. Actually, I believe the technical answer is that muscle tissue is made up mostly of water which has a higher density (weight/volume) than fat, so I guess it stands to reason that it would be harder to see given the same 'volume' of physical gain. Feel free to butcher this if anyone feels the urge. lol

Actually I have the exact opposite problem. My kids keep telling me I'm getting bigger (fatter) but when I look in the mirror, I don't know what they're talking about. :-)
