IM AT THE GYM DOING A SET OF BENCH AT 315. THIS GUY WALKS UP AND SAYS WOW I COULDNT EVEN SQUAT THAT MUCH. I TOOK IT AS A COMPLIMENT UNTIL HE SAID, UNLESS I WAS DOING ALL THE STEROIDS YOU OBVIOUSLY ARE!?!?!?!? I WANTED TO RIP HIS HEAD OFF!!!INSTEAD I LAUGHED AND WALKED AWAY. I CANT BELIEVE THESE FU$%ERS THINK THAT A COUPLE OF SHOTS IN THE ASS AND YOUR RONNIE COLEMAN. I AM NOT ASHAMED OF USING GEAR, BUT I BUST MY ASS EATING RIGHT, TAKING SUPP, AND TRAINING! WHILE THESE WANNABES ARE AT HOME WATCHING TV AND PARTYING. I KNOW YOU GUYS HAVE HEARD IT TOO. I ADMIRE ANYONES DEDICATION TO THE GYM, GEAR OR NOT! BECAUSE I KNOW ITS A LIFELONG DEDICATION AND A TOUGH ONE AT THAT! GOOD LUCK TO ALL YOU GUYS! TRAIN, EAT, SLEEP, GROW AND JUICE! THANKS, I FEEL BETTER NOW.     | ||

I know this sounds corny, but the fact that you just walked away makes you a better person. A good comeback would be "from looking at you bud, I don't think even steroids can help you." OR "well, if you try pumping iron once in a while, maybe you'll get a little meat in you." - pretty insulting especially if the guy have been working out for years.
