Hurt my lower back sat, doin legs did 5 sets leg press up to 1000*10, then did hacks to 630 on 6th rep lower back went out like an accordian, it showed no problem on set before(540*10)then WHAM. Doc took x-rays and its not a disk,thank god but it hurt last night like a mother fucker. I'm hittin t-2oo and was planing on hittin a-bombs and norandren-2oo in april and may. Now what? should i keep cycling or not hit this week or what. doc say's i should be training again by monday and my lower back is in very good condition, this was a nerve ending type deal. He also says my hamstrings are so big and tight that it probably had something to do with it. What do you guys think as far as my cycle? | ||

I THINK THAT IF YOU ARE ONLY OUT FOR A WEEK THEN I WOULD KEEP THE CYCLE GOING AS PLANNED. GOOD LUCK, I BET YOUR WORKOUT NEXT WEEK IS GOING TO BE THE BEST YOU HAD IN A LONG TIME. I WAS OFF FOR 4 DAYS BECUSE OF THE FLU AND TODAY WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE GYM I HAD A GREAT WORKOUT M18 ------------------ | ||

I would stay on the cycle, just get a few days rest and stay away from legs for a week or so and if you do them, go lighter... ------------------ |
