Still get a nice bulid using steroids? I have the worst genetics. They say the smaller your wrist are the harder it is to gain muscle. My wrist are 6 and a half inches around! I know will never win any contest but would like to get a good bulid.
Trying to keep the side effects down is a bitch too. Get all the bad sides if not careful, gyno, hairloss, ance. What do you guys think is a good bulid possable for me? Aslo gain fat easy too have a wide waist and narrow upper body.

Just train hard and do cardio, and diet correclty, I'm sure you've heard this before and I can tell you by experience that it is true. Just beacuse you haven't been blessed with the gift of good genetics doesn't give a reason to down yourself. You'll feel happier about yourself when your body completely changes and you'll impress alot of people... I myself have bad genetics, but that only gave me a drive to train harder than the next guy and I'm very happy with my trianing results....Wish you the best

IF YOUR METABOLISM IS THAT HIGH, STAY AWAY FROM CADIO FOR NOW. JUST EAT ANYTHING IN SIGHT. DON'T WORRY ABOUT GETTING SOME FAT. YOU HAVE TO BE WILLING TO TOLERATE SOME FAT IN YOUR DIET. GET AT LEAST 4000 CALORIES A DAY.

Your body sounds like mine...extreme ectomorph here. Yet, with hard training 5X or more per week and lots of protein and carbs, I have put on 18 pounds in about 8 months and it must be muscle since I haven't had to let out my belt yet. All kidding aside, stay away from cardio except for brief warmups.

I know plenty of true hardgainers at 165 who are envied by the 200 pounders. When your skeleton is that thin, muscle shows up much more prominantly.

im a true hardgainer, and im on a cycle right now, things are going great. I would suggest deads, squats, chins, rows and benches for your foundation of workouts, with your high metabolism getting fat is not an issue, so eat what you can.

i have the same problem. I have been training very hard for over a year and i have noticed some difference but from what others say there is a big difference. i was always a fat kid but with hard work i went from about 20% bf to about 10%. i am 5'10'' and weigh 180. I would like to put on about 15 more pounds but even with roids it seems hard. i am just going to keep working hard bc it makes me feel better about myself and it makes me feel good when people i havent seen in a couple of years dont recognize me. KEEP ON WORKING

I've said this before: The whole "hardgainer" thing is a cop-out. I have tiny wrists and ankles, and it makes everything look bigger.

Thanks for the advice bro. Couple things. I do have to worry about fat! body type in between the fat ass and skinny. Skinny upperbody fat stomach and hips. The hard gainer thing is not a cop out. Have a buddy that can grow no matter how much he drinks or any other bad habits he does on just a little juice. Me on the other hand can take twice that and not get half the result doing erevything right.diet,sleep,ect. Makes me feel better to know I am not the only one here with that problem.

Hard work makes you bigger. Steroids only help. Without the hard work and diet, the steroids will do nothing.

SOUNDS LIKE YOU MIGHT WANT TO TRY A LOW CARB DIET, BRO. EAT ALL THE FAT AND PROTEIN YOU WANT BUT KEEP YOU CARBS 20 GRAMS A DAY OR LESS. TRY FOR A MONTH, YOU'LL LIKE IT. THINK OF IT AS A RETURN TO A MORE TRADITIONAL HUNTER-GATHERER DIET :-)

I have small joints, particularly shoulder joints, however, I weigh over 240lbs at under 7% BF. It's a matter of time + Dedication + Knowledge.
Ever hear of a guy named Flex Wheeler? Just curious...small joints and won 9 or 10 shows because of it.

Dunkin...just wondering what your protein intake to lean bodyweight ratio is? (ie. 1gram/pound) Also i think hardgainers are training too hard or are erratic in their training and diet. Building an awesome body is all about consistency!
