Ok guys...I am currently taking a50 and trying to watch my sodium intake. As I am making some pasta with meat sauce...I am looking at the sodium content. It seems that I am taken about 200% of the RDA of sodium over the next 3-4 meals. What gives? I am also taking lots more than 100% of carbs and prot...but I understand that I need lots more of them than the average individual. My question is...for a bodybuilder/weightlifter...do we require more sodium than normal just as we do other nutrients? Thanks for the replies B True |
