Now on a cycle with:
Deca - 400/week
Omna - 500/week
---------------
Take 10-20mg nolvadex everyday just to prevent gyno.
---------------
This is my second cycle.
And I have been on for 3weeks and 3days.
So far almost no gains at all, WHY???

Mentor, what's your diet like? You have gained no pounds at all huh? Not even water weight? Are you thinking your gear may be fake?

Well, I think if your gear is legit, then it has to be your diet, lack of rest or overtraining that are the root cause of your lack of progress. As you know also, it takes a while for sust and deca to kick in. Deca you may not see anything for 3-4 weeks and sust 4-5 weeks. How many days a week are you training and for how long? How much rest are you getting? How many calories? What's your daily carb and protein amounts? How many times a day are you eating and are your meals planned or you just eat whenever and whatever?

First workout:

mon - chest, calfs
tus - legs, abs
wen - back, calfs
thu - Sholders, abs
fri - Biceps, triceps.
---------------------
I dont think I overtrain, I get at least 48hrs between similar exercises.
---------------------
I really have no special diet. - Just add protein to normal food.
---------------------
Trainend for 3 years.

I'm guessing diet is the culprit. Sounds like you don't really even know what or how much you're eating.

Reasons why you are not growing:

#1 You are not consuming enough calories, remember if you were consuming more than needed you will gain weight period. It may be fat as well as muscle but if you arent gaining you arent eating enough. Possibly up protein intake.

#2 You are overtraining and not allowing enough time for your body to adapt and grow, although this is unlikely on steroids it is always a possibility.

#3 You are not getting enough rest, although this is an unlikely one to prevent all growth.

#4 You are not training enough or intense enough and thus not causing any breakdown of muscle tissue

#5 Fake gear

If all the above factors are in order then you are a freak of nature

48 hours are not enough for muscle recovery even on steroids. if you want help you have to be more specific. A LOT MORE SPECIFIC. please list the avarage number of stes you do for each bodypart, and make an example of you diet with the kinds of food you're eating, the quantity in wheight and the time between meals.

Then if you gained 17.2lbs on your last cycle not only do you need to feed your body the additional weight gain but also need to over compensate to get bigger this time. Paul Borrenson once said if you want to be 18 stone you need to eat like someone who is 18 stone.

Peace

ok i don't know how much of pizza or tuna(?) you eat. if you eat 2 large pizzas and and 2 cans of tuna once a day all in once you will never grow.so you at your weight you need to eat at least 5000 kclas a day with 350-450g of protein, divided in 6 or more meals. you will have to take a food chart and work it out. you said you have no diet and i say no diet=no gains. i also suggest to cut up to 3 of 4 days of trainig/week. cut up the number of sets and increase the intesity. add forced reps here and there. voulume training is not adeguate for break musckle fibers deeply.
