Only taking 200mgs, and I am on week two. It seems my nips are puffy. I cannot imagine this is gyno, could it be water retention? I am also on low test of 250mg a week but never had a problem in the past. Time to take the Nolvadex? ------------------    | ||

How many mgs a day, and for how long? I guess I could stop the cycle, only into week two. Problem is I don't know how many mgs mine are. I got them from our buddy in England and I don't have his email to ask him. Don't post his addy, but if you know the mgs please repsond. ------------------ | ||

my nipps get sore after 1 week and i also have a lump small one but irritating as hell, i take 20mg of nolv, sometimes 10mg for the duration of the cycle. I no it cuts down on the gains but its better than buying a bra. but for the money you spend on nolv, just save it and have your gyno removed | ||

hey MP5, are your nips sore??? if they arent but they are puffy it is possible that its only water retention or fat...i never heard of anyone getting gyno without feeling slight soreness or pains in the nips. | ||

Word of caution! If you take Nolva and it gets better, DO NOT STOP NOLVA!!! The famous rebound effect will occur. You have to take it until the estrogen is down to normal. You can take Proviron with Nolva which will prevent aromatization and reduce the amount of estrogen in your body.. Hope this helps | ||

They just look puffy unless my nips are hard then they look normal. Today I am all mental about it so I feel like they are itchy, but maybe they aren't. JC21: My Nolva is at my chicks house. Don't know if I can go up and get it before friday, fuck! I doubt it is gyno, but it is defiantely puffy. I figure it is from water. I had the same look when on the prednisone. ------------------ | ||

I am on 200mgs of EQ every third day....I have been taking 10mg of nolva EOD....No problems so far....Don't pay too much attention to your nips because if you are a worrier like me, you can make your self think you are when your not.... | ||

Yeah, I am a worrier now I keep looking in the mirror to see if it looks worse. I thought the chances of EQ causing gyno were slim. ------------------ | ||

EQ DOES AROMATISE TO ESTROGEN. GYNO CAN COME WITHOUT NIPPLE SORNESS.start the nolva now. if it is not on hand go get it. if on the case you have just nolvadex each tab should be 10mgs. if you see the number 20 anywhere (nolvadex d 20) it is 20mgs. if you 're not sure take 3 tabs the first 3 days, it,would be 30 or either 60 mgs but it wont hurt , get down to 2 tabs for a week and than 1 tab 'till a couple of months after the end of your cycle.if you find out how many mgs are the tabs tkae 40mgs first 3 days, 20mgs for another week and after that go down to 10mgs/day | ||

Thanks, amybe I will have to get it from my girlfriends. How soon will the puffiness go away? I guess I should wait to take my next shot until i have the Nolva on hand? ------------------ | ||
