I have been doing one body part per day for a long time and gained lots of size on it. Now I want to gain a bit more but also get cut.

What do you think about this? (I copied it)

Mon and Thu
3x bench
3x Incline flyes
3x Chins
3x Rows
3x Bar curls
3x Preacher
3x Crunches
3x Leg raises

Tue and Fri

3x Squats
3x Extensions
3x Leg curls
3x Calves - standing
3x Calves - sitting
3x Shoulder presses
3x Laterals
3x bent over raises
3x Triceps push downs
3x Kickbacks
