Where can I get a sample of a daily list of meals for a person on juice? You know how you can easily find a pre-planned diet, or a sample of what to eat to get big. I never see daily requirments for people actually on juice. I'd like to find one.     | ||

Post your stats/cycle and we can start from there. Best information you can get is real world information...and that my friend is found right here. Most books don't have diets for those enhanced with AS. Dieting info for this purpose is gym speak...not technical book talk. |
