What is the best way to take Clen?

1) space out during day
2) Before or after food
3) All at once
4) Just before workout
5) It does not matter

I am currently on week 2 of 6 a day and usual things (shakes and sweat like a pig) but is there any benefit from the above?

definitely space them out throughout the day and try to finish your daily dosage as early in the day as possible so you wont have problems sleeping. I felt that if i took it with food, the shakes were not as bad. I recently came off clen---i got up to 9 a day. after a while i got used to the common side effects---how many days are you staying on/off?

I have been on 6 a day for 1 week and will try to up to about 9 a day for one more week.
I am with you that if spaced and with food the shakes seem to be better.

How did yours go?

everyone is going to tell you something different as far as "how" to use clen. its basically experimentation. i went 2 weeks on/ 1 off then 1 on again. i started at 4 per day then gradually got up to 9 per day at the end. I lost about 9 lbs. i did cardio 5/6 days per week and ate really clean. im gonna go again but add a week.
