Just wondering what some of your eccentricities are when it comes to lifting, or preparing to workout. Any special foods you eat, pills you pop, warm up exercises you do... I'll start it off by stating that I make sure that I'm neither hungry nor full (on a decent amount of carbs), take a combination of Ripped Fuel, Thermodrene, and EPH, do 5 minutes on the bike to warm up, and think of my EX sucking some guys dick esp. before a heavy set | ||
