I normally center my bulking around chicken and eggs.Do u bros have things u just have to get at the store when bulking.What has to leave with u.

low fat chesse
lettuce , tomatoes, etc, veggies
wine, beer
mrp's
diet soda
low fat ice cream, dreyers
bacon bits,
no oil dressings
parmasan cheese
canned tomatoes for sauce
steak--rib eye or t bone or new york

just some here
i eat well

Cottage cheese mixed with low fat yogurt does the trick for me. I also like to mix oatmeal and pancake batter with a couple egg whites and protein powder.

I have a really fast metabolism, so I never really even consider fat content, just Calories and P (although I like to stay away from th junkfood). I eat a banana and bowl of cereal in morning. I buy a lot of hamburger meat and boneless chiken breasts to make hamburger or chicken helper (I use 2 lb. meat instead of one). I put it in tuperware and eat it twice a day. I eat a ribeye practically every night. I also eat protein shakes after meals and weight gain shakes in between.
