Ever since I started this cycle, I get that "prickly" feeling in my fingers every now and then kind of like when your hand's about to fall asleep. I was afraid it might be high blood pressure, but I checked it today (about 45 min. after intense workout & cardio) and it was 140/73. I know it's not low by any means, but not sky high considering juice/heavy workout earlier. My only guess is maybe because of the fact that I work bis/tris the same day my arm muscles are constricting bloodflow a bit to the hands. I do have a pretty good swoll going on most of the time, esp. after "arm" day. Help anyone? RICO

Parkinsons?! Not that I know of! It's not a "constant" thing, mainly only when sleeping or during cardio.

I should have mentioned that I am taking 400mg/week deca and 25mg/day dbol. Just did a "search" and it looks like this may be a side that's not all that uncommon. Probably just water retention. I also am taking 50mg/day Ephedrine with Caffeine&Aspirin. RICO

Well I have the same thing after the last cycle of Test & Deca my arms were so tight especially at the elbows and forearms that when I washed my hands under very hot water I could hardly feel anything, I started taking Aleve for inflammation and it helps some.

Could be due to pinched nerves or inflamation pressing against nerves also. I took about 4 months off from the gym and got these symptoms then when i returned stretched and lifted the disappeared

The same thing happens to me when I am on. I wake up in the middle of the night and my hand will be so asleep that it is completely numb. I think it has a lot to do with water retention. |
