I'm curious what supplements you guys take when on a cycle? Other than multi-vitamin, milk thistle, protein, ECA, and Vitamin C? I'm guessing that you guys don't bother with creatine? Do you take any glutamine to speed up recovery? | ||

Definetely PROTEIN, sometimes creatine and may protein shakes have glutamine in them ------------------ | ||

Well, I don't consider protein a supplement, I consider it a food product...which it is. Glutamine, ZMA/anti-oxident formula, milk thistle. | ||

I'm wondering why some of you are even bothering with creatine when on gear, doesn't that pretty much bloat you up some more? What it does is makes you stronger during your workout, but your gear pretty much does that for you already. You guys should consider taking 300mg of alpha lipoic acid twice a day. It's one of those unique vitamin that is both water and fat soluble. | ||

I take glutamine, flax, ep oil, Glucosamine/chonditon, and a multi. Huck posted a thread a while back stating a synergy between creatine and gear. I dont take it untill I'm "off" ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime." | ||

I take liver pills and amino acid pills with each meal. They add additional calories and the liver is the purest form of protein. Also protein shakes, flax, vitamins and mineral supp. creatine also. ------------------ |
