Okay... I'm about 1 1/2 months past my surgery because of a completely torn pectoral tendon off the bone. My doctor says I can start lifting again in like 2 months from now. How long should I wait until I do a dbol/sust/anavar cycle??? Any stategies on coming back into lifting after these 2 months, maybe lift for like 1 more month and get some strength back and strengthen up my tendons, then start the cycle.. Please Help.. I don't need to rip my tendon off my bone again. Thanks bros!!!

i would wait till you have no noticable difference between pecs as far as strength AND flexibility....which could mean about 1/2 year of clean lifting PA

I would argue that you should be in rehab right now. There should be range of motion work and some light resistance work. If the doc is not doing this then on your own find a physical rehab place and start working with them. I would sugest that you start winny ASAP to keep muscularity and to assist in the tissue building process as you heal.

I would take off 6 months bro and get everything you need then start light for a while to see how it healed then start. just my 0.2 cents from personal exp.

I've been in physical therapy for a month and a half now. They say I have about 2 motnhs until I can start lifting again. and same with the doctor. So should I take a 1 to 2 month period once they say I can start lifting and lift lightly and carefully and strengthen a little, then do a cycle? Just chalk it up as a loss and take the time off. I had to take 6 weeks off because of a sinus surgery. But I quickly gained it all back and then some. You would be amazed at the muscle memory principle. What is worse? A couple of months off and recover, or risk it and then set yourself back even further? ------------------ |
