I'm 50 years old and I just started a 4-5 month cycle to bulk and then cut in August and September. About two years ago I tore my bicep in my left arm, basically uneventful, except it hurt like heck for a couple of months and now I have a "popeye" muscle in that arm. Yesterday I strained/sprained the same tendon doing shoulders.

Question: should I stop my cycle and just do legs, cardio and light upper body for 3-4 weeks until the thing feels better. OR

Should I stay on the juice and just cool or not do shoulders for two weeks and let it heal. (it hurts and I injured it doing shoulders) Today I did chest, Triceps and abs and it hurt moderately.

The good feeling I get with juice is just hitting me and I love it.

Damn I finally found some one older than me. Stay on the juice. Get some winny and shoot 1cc every other day into the bicep. Lower the weights and raise the reps keep it comfortable and in a couple of weeks you will be in great shape.

I would abort the cycle, I mean you just started 10 days ago, and you're going to be juicin for that long that's a wise investment...Wish you the best
