Just curious ... do any of you eat like theres a goddam hole in your neck? Do you eat a lot to maintain your proper dosage of daily protien and carbs, even when you are totally still full and not hungry. I find myself feeling full sometimes when I know that I still have more protien to consume to get my daily requirments. Do you guys force feed this in when this happens or put it off and fall short? Usually I can never get enough grub, but latetly I have been getting fuller much easier?
SHould I make it go down or back off a bit? This happens sometimes even when I eat many smaller meals in a day, as opposed to a few big big ones?

Any advice would be appreciated!!

Sounds like to me that you are inconsistant with your meal consumption. You can't eat many small meals one day and then 3 bigs one the next. Your body will not adapt to this. Stay consistant eating many (5-7) small meals a day, spaced 3-4 hours apart to give your body a constant supply of nutrients. This will keep your body in an anabolic state. This way your metabolism will burn these foods more efficently. And it will not be a problem getting all of your daily requirements for protein, carbs, and calories. You will probably find yourself getting hungry more often as your metabolism will increase.

on the average i eat 5-6 times a day. If your appetite isnt stimulated enough smoke some MJ . that's what the pros do.

True story...I find that if I "gorge" myself and eat like a pig just one meal that it totally throws the rest of the day out of whack. 6 or 7 small portions of 4-500 calories with 25-40 grams of protein seems to work best for me. This way you are never really "stuffed" but always satisfied. Your body can only process so many calories/proteins in one sitting...the rest turns to fat or gets dumped.

Eating enough to gain weight is a real chore for me. Yes, I am force feeding big time, often to the point of gagging. Of course, low fat foods are even harder to eat in large amounts. I have to use at least 2 shakes a day to get enough calories and protein.

Make yourself eat when it is time to eat. Its as simple as that. Once you get accustomed to eating every 3 hours, you will avoid binging in one meal. That's what works for me anyways.
