Let's say 2300 kcal is my optimal kcal a day. By optimal, I mean I don't gain nor lose. I'm at 15% bf I think. My plan for my first cycle is Sustanon 250 for 7 weeks. Then half the dose on week 8 and 9. On week 8, 9, and 10 I'll take clomid. It's a light cycle. How much kcal do I need to add? I really don't want to add a lot of fat because it takes a while for me to shed it off. I'm wondering why some people add 2000 kcal on top of their normal diet when on a cycle. Do test burn that much kcal? I work out every other day when I can. Can I just add 500 more kcal (all protein) on my diet and see how that goes during week 1 before adding/reducing some more?
On another note, what about creatine? Can I just stop taking that during my cycle? That'll just smooth me up, on top of the test I'm going to take. It's not like it's necessary to use it to get big, I'll get the strength from the test won't I?

Unless your a 130 pound stick 2300 cals is not your maintnance if you're in this game. What are your stats? Need more info about yourself before anyone can guess how many calories you'll need. You're well off the mark on 2300 though. That's way too low for cutting. You will need a surplus of calories and protein if you want to add mass though. I wouldn't even bother with the creatine.
